We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant for TruScore 360 to join our expanding team at Pursuit Group. Our firm specializes in matching premier talent with employers, utilizing the TruScore 360 methodology to ensure high-quality placements and sustained success.
This role offers considerable autonomy, enabling you to manage your own client portfolio while benefiting from an established pipeline of business. With a hybrid working model, you will be required to spend a minimum of two days in the office while also attending client meetings. You’ll be well-placed to start generating earnings immediately!
Key Responsibilities
✔ Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating strong client relationships to facilitate revenue expansion.
✔ Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain enduring partnerships with clients by understanding their distinct hiring requirements.
✔ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and our database to discover top talent using the TruScore 360 methodology.
✔ Recruitment Process Oversight: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from initial candidate engagement through to successful placements.
✔ Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients and candidates alike.
✔ Exceptional Service Delivery: Ensure positive experiences for both clients and candidates to nurture long-lasting professional relationships.
